Went into Currys Sydenham with my brother to buy a TV and it was a complete waste of time. We found the TV we wanted and pressed the help button, only to be ignored for over 20 minutes. Not a single person bothered to check on us. We then saw two staff members standing around chatting, who blatantly ignored my brother while he waited right in front of them. No acknowledgement, no apology just pure disrespect. To top it off, a manager came over and actually said βsorry, thereβs no staff right nowββ¦ while staff were clearly visible on the shop floor doing nothing. Unbelievable.

You will never find a person who can actually help you, or talk to you about any product. If you find someone walking, they won't talk more than 10 sec as they are always busy with other customers and rudely tell you my colleague will help you but then nothing.

For the third time I have been to this store and either been ignored or mucked around. Finding someone that can deal with me is the first thing, when wanting g to buy, it's not in stocks, then they can deliver next day, then I have to put my details in the system, oh that's the wrong system we need you to put your details into a different system. Oh it's not working, ill get another iPad. Can you put your details in this iPad, oh it's still not working. If it's cold outside and you want to warm up, pay this store a visit otherwise don't bother. Go to argos!

Went to Curry's and purchased Philips 5000 airfryer, wow this must be the king of airfryers, worth every penny. Went back to Curry's some days later, to buy accessories for this machine, nothing. It's the same story, they will sell you the car, but not the petrol. I expect Curry's to keep the smaller items that people require to use and enhance the experience of the main purchase. Curry's PC World used to be great, sadly not anymore, they advertise much but so much is available only online, I don't know about you, but I live in the real world. The staff were also not really helpful, not a good shopping experience.

Umer was very helpful and brought my TV to my car. But the staff seem to be unmotivated. And who can blame them as thereβs probably only about 4 of them on in the whole store

Awful experience. They advised me that I'll be able to collect my order from store in 3-5 working days. It's been 7 working days now and I haven't received a single update from them. The store is far from where I live so I can't even go and check myself. On top of that, they don't have a store number which I can ring either. I rang Curry's customer service number and I was told that they can only help with online orders, not in-store purchases. Very frustrating customer service. Not buying again from here and won't recommend it to anyone either.

Terrible experience here today. Waited to pay for 15 mins as only 1 till was open. 10 people in the queue behind me. We were then informed by a separate member of staff that the till has broken and asked to move to a till at the other side of the shop - the staff member provided no more info so we followed the original cashier to another checkout and queued again. Then a very rude member of staff asked who was at the front of the queue (I said it was me) and he advised in a condescending voice that I was standing in the wrong place and would need to move. Myself and the other customers advised we had been moved from a broken till and we had been asked to so. The staff member, without listen to anything we were saying, forced us to move to the queue for repairs and customers service. After 20 mins of waiting I had gone from first in the queue for the till to being publicly patronised and moved to 3rd in the queue for customers services - which I didn't want. I appreciate this is very long boring story but i just wanted to make my point. I left without buying anything because frankly you don't deserve my money. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!? Won't be back again.......

I went in to this store on Sunday looking to buy a fridge freezer. I asked numerous staff for help they all seemed to run away. One of the staff told me good luck with finding help, we have staff cuts. Numerous staff told me one minute then they will come back and then disappeared. One girls told me could not help me because she needed to deliver a KFC to the manager and didnβt help us. It looks like they are all avoiding the job and I had to leave because I could get no help whatsoever. I told the security we had to leave due to this and he wasnβt bothered either. The staff probably need commission incentives to help. I will buy it elsewhere
