No staff on the tills. Nor any staff supervising the (so-called) self-checkouts. This makes it impossible to buy alcohol or check-out when the self-checkout needs a human hand. The lack of staff helping paying customers made for an infuriating shopping experience, where I felt stuck in a dystopian parallel universe. #BRING BACK THE HUMANS!
