   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an issue with my washing machine and found Jack through a Google ad. From the moment I called him, he was incredibly responsive and honest. He managed to come around within 48 hours, which was impressive. Jack quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining that a cable had come off and damaged the control panel, making it necessary to replace the washing machine. Unfortunately, the door was locked, but Jack was transparent about needing to break it open. Using an angle grinder, he carefully retrieved my clothes. Throughout the entire process, Jack was trustworthy and his rates were very reasonable. He even advised me on the best brands for a new washing machine without trying to upsell or overcharge me for repairs. If you need a reliable and honest washing machine repairman, I highly recommend Jack!

   Helped source and fit an obscure part for an older model extractor fan. Many other technicians would just recommend buying a new version but Jack recognised the expense and difficulties that taking the supposed easy option would present.    Washing machine stopped and efforts to get help were proving very difficult (no replies, no returned calls etc), then tried DxT: he called me back, he agreed an early date, he turned up on time, he fixed the problem and then did some extra checks and charged very moderately. Hope I won't need him again but if I have any appliance problems again, he will be my first port of call.

   I’ve used Jack twice now to fix my 7yr old John Lewis Washing machine. The first time a year ago the brushes needed replacing and this time the plug burnt out due to a faulty socket in our new house. He’s always quick, clean and reasonably priced.
