   I was recommended Icon by a friend so called in to meet James for an initial chat and to review some garments. Upon reviewing and agreeing which garments I would like a quote for I was quoted and had proofs within a few days and the first batch of items were produced. Quality of not only the garments but the embroidery and print application is second to none and I have since placed further orders. I have also recommended Icon to multiple of my contractors who I would like to hope will reach out. The range of products is also extensive and backed with great knowledge. A1 and highly recommend.

   Fantastic experience from start to finish with ICON! I live in Toronto, Canada, but was born in Rochdale, the town of my mother's side of the family for generations, and a place she remained fond of her entire life. I ordered a green Rochdale Hornets away jersey with my mother's name and the last two digits of her birth year, and staff at ICON were so accommodating in making sure everything would turn out perfectly and find its way to my home. The look, quality, fit and feel of the kit are even better than I expected, and I have a real conversation starter over here that will give me an excuse to tell people at least a little bit about my late and much-missed mother. The genuine enthusiasm and professionalism of everyone I had the pleasure of being in contact with at this homegrown company were definitely the icing on the cake, and I do hope that other teams/sports in Rochdale and beyond start turning to ICON for their best look on the pitch and at the arena.    Never had any issues with items themself. The low rating is due to the amount of time it takes to even process your order after it has been placed. I placed an order in the last week of Jan. I'm not looking at this even being dispatched until the 2nd week in March. This would be understandable for people who make custom made items and physically sew the item. Not somewhere that has a shop you can go in and pick up the same items from. Logistics really need Improvement!
