Luke and Hannah were extremely helpful. Luke spent over an hour helping me and my wife figure out the proper settings for our bike. It was and surprisingly in-depth analysis and something we certainly wouldnโt have been able to do on our own. Very professional and friendly service. If you have a Peloton and havenโt had someone help you get the proper settings, I highly recommend a visit. Oh, and that service is complimentary!

Booked a slot this morning at Peloton in John Lewis Cheadle with Hannah to learn about the Peloton bike in more detail. Hannah was fantastic at explaining the bike and app and spending over an hour answering my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase and left the store to think about it. I ended up walking back in half and hour later to order my bike. Exceptional customer service and support!

We had an great experience dealing with Stephanie at the Peloton concession in John Lewis both prior to purchasing, during the process as well as aftercare. I had been looking into the bike for a few months prior and watched every possible review and โone year on videoโ. We werenโt quite ready to order the first time we went to store but there was no pressure to do so which I personally thought was great! We got a very detailed email with all the information we needed. When we did decide to order there happened to be a reduction in price on the website but we made sure to order from the store due to our experience dealing with Steph. The bike arrive and was fully set up for us, there was however a slight clicking noise from the emergency break when we rode so we called the store and they arranged for a replacement and co-ordinated it all for us which was slightly less smooth because we twice ended up having to postpone on the day of delivery. The delivery team and the team in store were incredibly understanding and excellent throughout.

I must share my positive review of this Peloton store. We booked an appointment slot just to try out the Peleton bike. I was a little nervous to be sitting on an exercise bike in the middle of a busy department store but it was very private and I had nothing to worry about. The sales assistant Sarah was extremely friendly and talked us through everything answering all our questions (and we had lots). we don't usually purchase straight away but after our experience in this showroom we signed up. I've now had the bike a few weeks and I love it. Thanks again Sarah and thanks Peloton for a fantastic product.

The Peloton team at John Lewis Cheadle were excellent and ensured every configurable element of the bike and cleats (shoes) were aligned to me. I already owned a bike but wanted to double check my setup was correct. I certainly benefited from their experience. The team were genuinely interested in me & I would recommend a visit.

Hannah from Peloton John Lewis Cheadle was extremely helpful from the day I went into the store to the day I purchased the bike over the phone with her. She explained everything and made the purchase process super easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond and made my buying experience a really pleasant and exciting one. She has continued to help with additional queries Iโve had and has sent me over lots of helpful information to get my started. I couldnโt be happier! Having someone that really is an expert on the product installs confidence when deciding on what to buy and the different models available. I have been debating for years whether to get a peloton but going into store and having a go on the bike really sealed the deal. Thanks Hannah!

We visited the John Lewis Cheadle branch of Peloton looking to try out the original bike and we were helped by Sarah. Sarah was absolutely fantastic, spending an hour with us and answering all our questions. Any questions she couldnโt answer she asked her colleague, and she really allowed us to take our time over a big decision and was in no way pushy. She was prompt with follow up calls and contacts and was able to arrange for our bike to come in 2 weeks, and was really helpful with follow up products we ordered. Honestly one of the best customer services experiences Iโve ever had and I couldnโt recommend trying out the bike in store more to anyone who was considering the purchase. Iโm really glad to have a great relationship with Sarah now too and feel confident I could approach her with any follow up questions.

We visited Peloton at John Lewis, Cheadle as we had already decided that we wanted to look more closely at Peloton. Really excellent demonstration and explanation of the Peloton bike system by Hannah. She is very knowledgeable and showed myself and my wife all of the, quite considerable, assistance and motivational classes offered by Peloton. We also were given the opportunity to try on the shoes and try out a bike of choice. Hannah was very helpful without being pushy or condescending, and gave honest answers to the questions we asked. Peloton isn't cheap, and the bike with it's ongoing subscription is a serious financial commitment. There was no pressure put on us at any stage to buy. After further discussion on the day we did decide to buy and have now had the bike delivered. In hindsight I feel that we were given helpful, honest advice which helped rather than hindered our decision when looking at the Peloton system.
