“Booked a slot this morning at Peloton in John Lewis Cheadle with Hannah to learn about the Peloton bike in more detail. Hannah was fantastic at explaining the bike and app and spending over an hour answering my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase and left the store to think about it. I ended up walking back in half and hour later to order my bike. Exceptional customer service and support!”

Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. “So, had to take back a pair of walking boots today. These had been fine through the dry summer but now the weather has turned I found out that they were not waterproof as described and the left boot had developed an irritating squeak when walking. Fortunately I still had the receipt and even though the boots we 10 months old there was not quibbling and I was refunded straightaway by a very helpful young assistant. Love this shop, I could spend a small fortune in there and always find the staff most pleasant and helpful.”
