My first visit to this salon. I booked last minute using Fresha and I’m glad I did! I don’t generally enjoy going to the hairdressers but as soon as I walked through the door I felt at ease. I was greeted by the lovely little Lola which as a dog person I was delighted by! (If you’re not keen on dogs they are happy to pop her in her cage so please don’t let that put you off). After a thorough consultation with Leona I had my hair washed. I was moved to the styling chair which had been preheated with a hot water bottle - a lovely touch! I was pleased with the finished cut and found it reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon.
Leona has been doing my hair for many years, she is the best hairdresser I have ever had! Very professional. I always leave satisfied. Will never go anywhere else!
Your prices are absolutly rediculous , i could find somewhere cheaper in town, and what the heck is a technical consultant your not doctors!your a hairdresser every time i walk past, theres nobody in, im not surprised at them prices!!!! Your shops on holmhall which is full of druggies, your not in westminster.
Did a decent job of cutting my hair but the personal hygiene and customer service was shocking I also think the owner of the salon was intoxicated not professional at all
Absolutely disgusting customer service, she completely ruined my hair was really rude when I pointed out her mistakes the owner also stunk of alcohol and Leonas personal hygiene was appalling I will not be returning.
I have been going to Headmasters for years and I have never been dissapointed. It is a very friendly, clean and professional service which I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
