I was booked in with Liam for a hair wash, cut blow dry. He made me feel at ease with it being my first time in the salon and went above and beyond to make my hair look beautiful. I absolutely love my hair!
Please be careful visiting this salon especially if going to liam. I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair as my hair was already very very blonde. I was wanting a balayage with ashy tone as to which he told me he could do at my consultantion and he said he could do it.. My hair was nothing like I asked for he dyed it basically brown it was so dark with low lights. I contacted again as it was nothing like the pictures as I was bright blonde before so he booked me in again to go in..he bleached bathed it which turned my hair ginger..still nothing like the pictures.. so had to contact the manager.. the manager agreed for me to go back a 3rd time!! So I did and gave him benefit of the doubt. He put bleach on my hair and a toner then part blow dried it and left me to leave the salon with horrible hair that was so frizzy and yellow blonde and looked like I had bad root growth i even has to leave the salon with my hair still wet and didn't style as I refused to pay for another blow dry. I've had to go to another hair salon to fix this and for the mess he as made the other hair salon was gobsmacked at how he had left it. Instead of bayalage it looked like I had bad root regrowth instead of balayage big chunks of brown on the top of my head and had Massive chunks of brown at the sides. If I could attach pictures I would. I have contacted manager to resolve the cost I've had to pay due to liams mess and she's blocked me so I've had to now go to trading standards due to it costing me £220 to get fixed!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
Amazing! Rebecca and Alischa did bridal hair for me, my mum and four bridesmaids. They stayed with us right up until just before the ceremony in case we needed any adjustments etc! I couldn’t thank them enough and we all had an amazing morning getting wedding ready!
booked rebecca to do my hair for my wedding, and I couldn't have picked a better hair dresser, she came in the morning and stayed with me right til the last minute, Rebecca absolutely goes above and beyond and I don't know what I would have done without her. she did my hair 2 bridesmaids and my mum, even calmed me down during my meltdown of losing my haair piece, which I found 2 days later lol. highly recommended x
I had my hair coloured and cut at Ruana Styling with Becs. I have been colouring my own for years, but it seemed so flat and boring. I took the bull by it's horns, and put my trust in Becs. I absolutely love the colour and cut. Professional friendly service, the girls there are lovely, you are made to feel very relaxed. I would totally recommend.
Been going to Bec for years now !!! Would not trust anyone else than Bec the girls at the salon doing my hair!! Not only are they all amazing hairdressers the atmosphere when your there is amazing. I come out feeling beyond refreshed. Hairdressers and therapists :) thank you ladies
I've been going here for a good few years now. Becky is the perfect hairdresser! Amazing personality. Gives you what you ask for. Advises on what's best for you . I'd recommend to anyone! Especially those wanting the perfect blonde!
