   Bought a tv through a Google search, all seemed well, the payment went through and the confirmed delivery date was given. Only to find on the day of the delivery I got a phone call to say the TV I had purchased was out of stock (showed in stock when purchased). I was assured that I would get a refund straight away. Obviously PRC Direct have obviously got a better use for my money that I have because it has still not been returned. I have tried numerous times to contact them, emailed and left voice messages, all to no avail. I am now very sceptical about the positive reviews I've seen and believe there is a possibility that they are using click bait to get people in and sell them other, less discounted products. Over 3 weeks on and I've still not received my money back.

   Sent me a broken tv. Took days to get hold of customer service cos they only employ 1 customer service person and he never answers the phone and is never available. Sent damaged item back and they have refused to send another out or refund me cos I paid with PayPal and have had to open a case against them to get this sorted. Spoken to like dirt by 3 members of staff when rang sales line trying to reach somebody to help(all recorded). Still not received refund or replacement. Reported to Trading Standards. One big money laundering firm. Do not order from these as your item will be damaged and they won’t refund hence making interest off your payment whilst it sits in their bank account till eventually you have to seek action to finally get refunded. The item arrived damaged yet I was made to feel like it was my fault by Rob (obviously not his real name). Zero customer service skills

   Can't quite believe this shop doesn't have a better rating. I purchased a ninja appliance from them some time ago for the best price I could find, quick delivery. & then 11 months later it had an internal fault, I emailed the company on a Friday and by the following Friday they had collected and delivered me a new one, great communication inbetween. Can not fault them in any way thankyou

   Bought LG 55B1 OLED in this branch. Best price and had a fantastic deal, purchased LG sound bar for half the price, Kenny was very helpful. He demo the TV and sound bar, delivered it to the car, excellent customer service and professionalism. I will buy again in PRC direct.
