   Customer service needs a bit of a rethink at this branch! Went to get a quote for a kitchen as I already knew what I wanted and knew what I needed etc! after waiting for 20minutes to be seen was told I had to make an appointment for the following week they couldn’t raise a quote. Ended up going elsewhere and ordered a kitchen and it was delivered the following week! Too many people sitting on their desks trying to look busy. Sadly 7k went to a competitor that had the time. All things aside Steve the rep was really apologetic and polite The middle aged blonde lady needs retraining to deal with paying customers! As I was leaving and I said to Steve there was no need to apologise as he was the only one there with people skills! Manager take note

   We’ve worked with Kyle Francis at Howdens on our last four kitchen projects, and honestly, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We first met Kyle when he was at the Dulwich branch, and he was so good that we followed him when he moved to Biggin Hill. Kyle is always friendly, enthusiastic, and nothing is ever too much trouble — even when we change our minds at the last minute! His eye for design, attention to detail, and professional approach make the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend Kyle — he’s a real asset to Howdens and definitely has a bright future ahead! Lisa & Blue

   I cannot speak highly enough of Howdens in Biggin Hill. Fantastic service - particularly from the talented and extremely helpful Kyle. Though actually every aspect of getting a new kitchen has been great. Quality is good, attention to detail great, very knowledgeable employees including those delivering the items. The worktop fitters even came back twice because they weren't happy with the first delivery. Outstanding service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we'll be back!

   Nice size Howdens with a decent car park outside. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Always a good range in and deliveries are daily. On the day we went they had a trade day so offers and competitions, plus all the customers were treated to some delicious #pieandmash... lovely!

   Bought some flooring from this branch on the understanding we could take delivery when we were ready to. Got a call a couple of days later telling me they are not a storage warehouse and needed to take delivery the next day. Have since had to move our flooring around the house over a dozen times as we are doing extensive work. So glad I never bought my kitchen from them and will never touch again! Quality okay, customer service terrible...
