Staff are friendly but the delivery of our design has been really slow and as a result our extension project is being delayed.

Great service from the Catford depot team! The staff are all super helpful and offer great knowledge and advice on their range of products. Great communication and prices are aways competitive. I now put all my work through Catford branch purely to the above and beyond attitude of the staff.

Took a little longer than thought it would. One advicer on the phone and a different procedure when I got there but still got what I went there for.
In The last 30 years of doing lots of small to Medium size Developments and projects, I have never seen such unprofessional people. This has to be the worst. Will Not be going back and will continue to Use the other Branches. Such a shame as the the Manager is a great guy And some of the Staff and Great. I Never use Credit accounts or Owe people Money. I paid £360 for 4 doors, 2 of which were not in Stock. 3 Days after My order I returned to collect the 2 outstanding doors and the chap is saying I owe them for 2 Doors, still insisting and this Is even after I showed him proof of payment. Poor really poor service!
Never in my 62 years have I ever met such a Friendly, Polite, Knowledgeable and Helpful group of people like the team at the Lewisham Depot. Farrah the Designer is simply amazing, the Shop Manager, the Clerk, the Guy in the stockroom all outstanding. Nothing was ever too much for them. Unfortunately our Beautiful Howdens Kitchen was fitted by the builder from Hell which means I had to telephone and visit them quite often but never was I made to feel like I was been a nuisance. Nothing was ever too much for them. Must also mention their After Sales team absolutely second to None. If you are considering fitting a New Bathroom or kitchen please pay them a visit I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
The 1.5hours spent with Ali had been really really helpful. He's patient and friendly, humorous and resourceful. Loving my kitchen design. Would highly recommend their service.
Great support from new store manager. Very knowledgable and helpful. Thank you for working with kitchen fitters and resolving the issue, which was caused by previous manager. Now we have a gorgeous new kitchen. The new kitchen has been admired by friends and family. I would thoroughly recommend Howden and the kitchen fitters on the basis of my experience.
