The customer service I received, in the store, was very good. I honestly can't knock it. The issue I have is with the delivery people. They couldn't get my fridge up the stairs the first time so they cancelled the order. I ordered the same fridge again and this time they got it up the stairs, very reluctantly though (these were now different delivery people). These same people said they would come back later to take away the old fridge as they were working in the aera and as to not to cause them stress or headache, I agreed. Do you think they ever came back? NO. Did they answer their phone when I called them twice? NO. And the audacity, they had even asked me if I could bring the fridge downstairs. The delivery guy is called Darren (a very unfit and very overweight individual who really struggled to get the fridge up the stairs). If you can't fulfil your job requirements, don't do it!

Extremely poor service in the store. Saturday afternoon, peak hours, long line waiting to be served with only one staff member at the main tills. The rest were walking around like zombies, no sense of urgency or care. Waited for 15minutes to pay. Whilst I was at the counter, the staff member said to her colleague βcanβt wait to finish and get out of hereβ, which I found to be very unprofessional when youβre serving a customer. The staff here simply arenβt motivated, couldnβt care less. Something needs to change!

I chose Currys because it had all my items in stock. I tried to pick it up, but they said I couldn't. I tried to exchange it since I was only missing one item, but I couldn't either. I believe the manager didn't care, didn't talk or explain things properly. My purchase took longer than expected, and I ended up having to give the gift after the surprise party. I won't buy online again.

Erden went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly, offered professional advice, and made me feel valued as a customer. His knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. In my opinion, employees like Erden are what makes customers want to return. We Been to currys yesterday after work intrested to buy a coffe machine (bean to cup) so we couldn't decide our self as we need some more information about it . I went to the till to ask for assistance , there was 4 guys staying at the till , when i ask for someone i was just told to wait as they are busy ( doing nothing) so we just wait... when the guy come to check somenting we thinking that he came to help us but he said i didn't come for you i just need to check something . I spend more than half hour looking at the coffe machines and nobody was there to help us out . PLEASE TELL YOUR SHOP ASSISTANTS TO DON'T JUDGE BOOKS AFTER IT'S COVER if we was dress in working uniform that means we could afford to buy a coffe machine worth nearly Β£1000. So in this way we want to "Thank you" for that way you welcome your customer , leave them to look at your items without any assistance . We was so disappointed and we leave as soon as we see that disrespectful approach.

It has a big choice of electronics, starting from SD cards all the way to microwaves. Some equipment can be tested before purchase, can be felt. Staff was a bit slow on serving customers.

Avoid! Donβt know how this company is still in business with their woeful customer service. Decided to give them one last try and went knowing what I wanted. Tuesday morning, at most 4 customers in the whole store and wanted a pair of wireless headphones, also saw the laptop I wanted so approached a member of staff. He said give him a minute and he put down a pile of posters to go do something, came back a few minutes later and started talking to a colleague about store computer, then went straight back to his posters. Stood there for waiting for the guy then he just ignored me so I tried to get someone else who pushed me onto someone else, who said ask the posters guy. So I went looking for the manager. Another 5 minutes went past and I watched as there were 2 free members of staff walking around actively avoiding customers and walking away from them. Serves me right, Iβve had poor service from Currys stores at different locations around the country. Hate to buy off Amazon but they at least deliver.

Mixed feelings about Currys, had a poor experience many years ago and now choose other retailers to purchase goods. This store is very large and has a vast range of goods. Always enjoy popping in to see what new products they have. Always seem to have a lot of staff in store.
