Went and they had absolutely nothing in stock. Drove all the way from east London being told there were 2 left. Came and was forced to choose a similar model. Had no models remotely similar- everything was on clearance. This branch needs to close down asap. Don’t come
I’ve had cause to go in a couple of times. Once for advice regarding a new laptop when I received great advice and no pressure to buy and today to seek help with mobile problems. Again, excellent assistance.
Went to return a printer, first person I spoke to said a lady behind the tills would process my refund. After 20 minutes someone enquired if we were being served. Turns out the lady was filling out important paperwork and the gent who we first made contact with was far busier chatting to the 3 staff with nothing else to do rather then process my request. Absolutely awful customer service. If I had been buying something I bet my sale would have been dealt with in 2 minutes.
I went in store looking for a shark pro mist fan , running around the shop like a headless chicken, then a staff member by the name of Stanley asked if I needed any help, I told him what I was looking for, he checked stock and advised they had item in stock and went to warehouse out back and found if for me, very friendly, professional and polite, he carried it to the till, helped me with taking additional warranty which I always do as I have had to claim in the past and customer service has always been good with replacements and repairs, once completed Stanley kindly carried it to my car for me. 10/10 Thank you , what I also like about this store is it has plenty of parking and store isn’t packed, so swiftly in and out, saying that there is lots to see if you want to browse and 2 floors of goodies
Went in today as I needed a new TV and some kind of streaming subscription. I was clueless about best service to go for but I fell in love with an LG tv - the picture quality is amazing .., can’t see any other tvs being sold ever when displayed next to this one. Everyone was so helpful, in particular Adam & Chris. Great service, thank you.
This store is not as good as the Orpington branch. Never seem to have stuff I want in store eg Brother printers, Hoover freezer etc. However I did happen across a helpful member of staff (on 9 Feb middayish who was wearing a black face mask - did not get her name). I wanted advice on Brother printers and by looking at the Currys website thoroughly my confusion was explained by her discovering the website had a major mistake on it (Claimed a printer was A3 when it was A4). Having sorted all this I was relatively happy though dissapointed they did not have the stock. Well done to her and please managers - get your stock situation sorted and not just display empty boxes!
Not a very big store but has all the basics. Helpful staff. I even got a pack of paper for free with my printer purchase. Parking spaces for cars but also close to bus stops. Really nice store.
