   I am very disappointed with the service I received from "Kelsie" during my recent visit. She was extremely rude throughout the interaction and made me wait far longer than necessary without giving any proper explanation. Her attitude was unprofessional—she made unpleasant facial expressions and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. When I asked for assistance, she abruptly told me to wait for the manager instead of trying to help. This experience was frustrating and far below the level of customer service I expect from Argos. I hope the issue is addressed so other customers do not go through the same experience. The Manager Adrain was really quick and helpful and solved my issue within no time.

   Went to collect my order earlier today. Was served by an assistant by the name of Eze. He entered my order details into a hand held device and went to get my order. About a minute or 2 later, I got a confirmatory email thanking me for collecting my order. This happened whilst I was waiting for my order to arrive. Several minutes passed and several other customers came and went and no sign of my order. This all happened under the managers watch. The name Liz was displayed on her badge. To cut a long story short, Eze eventually appeared after about 15 mins and to my horror and surprise started serving another customer. After this customer had been served I asked him about my order. He said he would go and have a look. What had he been doing in the meantime? So after about another 5 mins he brought 2 items. He was about to take one item back. I said the order relates to two items do he gave me the other one. Then when I complained to the manager in his presence, he just grinned and disappeared again. A complete nightmarish experience. Terribly managed store.

   Dear Argos Team, i’d like to say thank you especially to the member of staff who unfortunately my partner didn’t get his name but he was a white older gentleman with grey hair. My partner was worried about leaving the store with expensive goods due to the riffraff outside. This man walked her to the car and placed the goods in the boot of her car. He went above and beyond and that I am very grateful. A great member of staff you have there.

   Went yesterday had the item number written down, ask the guy at the counter if he could check and told him I want to pay cash. He was so polite nothing was to much trouble. Even the guy that brought the item from the back, said good morning popped it in a bag and I left. Great manners and extremely polite. Thank you Argos

   Be aware that there is not a car park and definitely get a penalty charge even you just pick up your purchase. In our case we had 3 heavy boxes and we should stop in front. We choose the store as they had the items in the stock for same day collection. If we knew we could choose a different store to pick up next day.

   Amazing Customer Service. Managed to resolve my return issue very quickly and efficiently. Hannah was a super star, very patient and very helpful. I’m very happy from buying my Nintendo Switch from Argos. Additionally I was offered a 1 month free Argos Monthly Care for my device which was a grey bonus.

   Nice, large store with polite and helpful staff. It usually has in stock the items required. Cheap parking is a available a very short distance away on the lower level of Sainsbury's car park.
