   I urge you to not buy anything from Argos We bought a single mattress for £135 online On arriving we found it to be terrible quality squeaky sharp springs and totally shapeless I tried to contact Argos but my order number did not work as it was sent by third party supplier, it said on the website I could return so I took the mattress in person to Argos with my newborn at great inconvenience and stress only to be told as it had been removed from the box we could not return I was told to contact the third party supplier who also said as we took it out the box they would not accept return, they blamed us as consumers for buying online saying we should have bought in person if we wanted to know quality of a product before buying The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had with unapologetic rudeness for a terrible terrible product from start to finish Also turns out I can’t leave a review on Argos to warn people off this mattress, you have to be invited by argos to review - total cowboys!! Do not believe the positive reviews because they control things to make sure those who have had a bad experience cannot share it I will never shop at Argos again or buy anything from aspire - it’s literally throwing money down the drain!

   Went today to buy shark fan. No problem. 4 staff in shop,only 1 was working, rest were talking. Ask for help carrying but was told that their trolley was stolen and only male working was busy! So item was heavy to carry. Thanks argos.customer service Not Very good!!

   I had ordered bathroom items to be delivered to my house and wanted to return them in store, the lady Sonia and manager Chris refused to take my items to refund because they ‘no longer take items that are delivered to customers’ Sonia in particular was rude, moaned because I showered her the receipts but it didn’t have pictures on it that clearly wasn’t good enough for her. The items are brand new and the lady that first dealt with me was helpful and willing to help but then Sonia came and was just unpleasant person. She also spoke foul about another customer in front of me which goes to show how professional and a horrible person she is.

   After being sorted into the right queue, Sue (staff mamber) barked at me, 'there's no money in here, that's why we can't refund here', whilst wildly gesticulating with her hands at the till. Clearly she was having a bad day after having an argument with the customer wanting to return a product before me. Which I clearly got the backlash from. Service is slow and the attitude of some of the staff is bad.

   Very unhelpful one of the Male staff called to serve me when went him and I asked to place my order send to another female staff who didn't look happy , after I placed my order of 1 bathroom light and one celling light and asked to order light bulbs to go with them, she gave me a dirty look when I asked if that too much to ask I can go back to the catalogue she did look for the bulbs and none of them in stock and I asked if she can check for light bulb for the other one and looked in computer and said she said doesn't have them however she asked if I can get it from homebase or elsewhere. I then said I might as well go and get everything from Tools Station shop, she reply good as if she doesn't care I will never go back to your shop

   Ordered an item for collection at this Argos then added it on maps to get directions and that's when I noticed some bad reviews, I started to regret my decision. When I got there the queue went very quickly and the staff were polite, that was 2 different members of staff! Keep up the good work Argos staff and don't let a few negative reviews get disheartening, we all know dealing with the public can be hard work at times.

   Absolutely outstanding service yesterday from Tina the Store Manager - I accompanied a friend with advanced cancer (not an easy customer as tired and irritable) with a query/needed refund and cannot express how kind and compassionate Tina was in very speedily and efficiently helping my friend. Fantastic manager in Tina and staff at this store - it was so lovely to have someone deal with a customer in obvious discomfort with such empathy, also ALL staff were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you all so much!
