   I’m only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Shaun handled our order from start to finish and was consistently rude, dismissive, and acted as though we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, he failed to dispatch our washing machine. When questioned, he accused us of not having paid for it, despite all the proof being provided. I’m sure by now you can guess the colour of my skin. He refused to apologise and instead blamed it on a ‘glitch’ in the system. If this is what customer service looks like in 2025, I genuinely fear for the future. As expected, the manager came to his defence, offered no real accountability, and simply arranged for the machine to be dispatched, leaving us to wait another full week. A week without a washing machine. If the kitchen hadn’t already been installed, I would have returned the whole order and taken my business elsewhere. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

   Great service given by the team. Roy very friendly who came to my site at Paddington measured planned and confirmed with second site visit to make sure all was correct ... we have now completed and fully satisfied.. were missing x2 panels which only today james arranged for us to collect from staples Corner.. . Andy is just a G.. and the other ladies Laura and gen are really helpful.... much better than dulwich and West Norwood...... 5 kitchens to Dartford coming your way plus many more...    My friend told me about your branch in Dartford, I popped in to find out some information about your kitchen range. I spoke to a lady who was so welcoming and helpful, she explained that I could book an appointment to have my kitchen measured and that someone could come out and help design the kitchen with me. She took her time and made me feel valued, not at all overbearing or pushy. I must say she was a credit to your company, I think her name was Christina but apologies if I’ve miss read her name.

   I am a kitchen fitter and have used this branch for 7 years Never had any problems until this year Management was changed, also a lot of the staff Now the whole thing is CHAOS Items were delivered to the wrong address Items I never ordered were delivered Damaged items Wrong colour Had to wait 3 weeks for some doors but not all were delivered Had to rearrange decorators, BR inspection Items I returned were not credited to my account Had to call head office to get things halfway sorted Credit control said it wasn’t their problem Very disappointed Avoid if possible
