We’d been mentally planning the kitchen for a few years so we had a clear vision - which Helen managed to bring to life with her design. The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. As with any big build we had a few hiccups on the way but Josh was great in helping us out and persistently chasing down our missing appliances which were suffering from supplier delays. “We had bought an air fryer about a year ago but unfortunately had a problem with it and needed to return it. I phoned the store and spoke to a lady whose name was Caroline, I told her the problem and she apologised and then asked if I had the receipt so that I could return the product. I had not kept the receipt but instead of that being the end of the matter she asked for the details from my Lakeland card and then trawled through the system and found my purchase. As I could not get to the store that day she said that she would leave the details at the tills and inform her colleagues. I went to the store the next day and on speaking to a member of staff at the till, (sorry I did not take her name but on a new till receipt her operator number is 5180088) and she was aware of me coming in. I returned the product without any quibble and when I asked for a straight swap, although I wanted to change brands and pay extra, she advised me to take a refund instead and then buy the new product so that I got the full 3 year warranty which I did and then she told me that I had a £30 voucher on my card which I did not know and used to complete the purchase. The customer service that I received and the friendliness of both members of staff was excellent and I would formally like to congratulate them and the store in a manner that in my opinion went above and beyond what they could have done. “Ordered a washing machine, delivered and installed within a week. There was a problem with the machine, they agreed to replace, which was delivered within a few days, and installed. I could not fault their customer service it was excellent, called me with a time for expected delivery, were faultless in installing the machine. I would highly recommend Automatica, and the price was excellent compared to the competitors.”

“Spent £11k on a kitchen, Lamona products were strongly recommended with their long warranty. I would steer clear as the Lamona brand is a Beko product which is not reliable and is serviced by a company called Pacificia who fob you off, schedule appointments and don’t turn up and take no accountability. Howdens also are not interested once they have received your money, Anita the kitchen designer does not return calls or emails. So disappointing as she appeared so genuine. Following on from my review, Jay at Howdens telephoned the next day to discuss my concerns. without any issues he arranged delivery of a brand new dishwasher the very next day which is now up and fully operational. Am beyond grateful following months of disappointment with Pacifica. I stand corrected, Howdens are the only ones prepared to help and I am so very grateful.”
