   Absolutely disgusting service . No one around spent 30 mins waiting in the paint section pressing the assistance button to get a few buckets of paint but with no one coming and speaking to numerous members off staff saying some one will be with you shortly. Asking for the manager and no one able to respond .

   We came on Sunday morning to buy paint and wanted to ask a question / advice. The girl by the counter in the paint section was busy and after 20 mn of wait, we finally asked her nicely if there would be anyone else available to answer our question and she said it was only her. She seemed really unhappy and just a smile would have gone a long way. We waited 10mn more just to ask our question to which she answered "I wouldn't know, im not a painter". We found the all experience really disappointing

   The experience at the Dartford B&Q was truly exceptional. When we visited to acquire some paint we had identified online but were unable to locate on the shelves, certain staff members were exceptionally helpful. They dedicated over two hours to searching the store and kept us informed throughout the process. Their friendly demeanour and willingness to go above and beyond genuinely made us feel appreciated. Throughout, he maintained humility and respect, demonstrating sincere concern for supporting local customers such as ourselves.

   Found what was needed, however only tills open were self service and 1 of the items was apparently 18+ (some white sealent) and I was standing there for a while and nobody was coming to approve it. 2 members of staff just walked past me, granted they may not have been on that area but I got so bored I left without my purchase. Went to b&m in Dartford and got the items there instead. More staff needed around the till area!

   Great store a lovely assistant helped me with choosing my paint and my blinds for the bedroom she was amazing and the guy who cuts the wood was so helpful. Lovely store and lovely people.
