Extremely unprofessional and aggressive behavior. This person was not only rude but also acted in a way that made the entire situation hostile and uncomfortable. To make things worse, they damaged a family member’s phone and refused to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable—stay away from dealing with them if you value respect and professionalism
Not only are the men that work there are very creepy and slimy towards women. They will rip you off not give you a proper receipt pretend that they are your friends and that they will remember and then come back in. I was racially abused I was physically pushed in my chest, and they called more people to come in to Intimidate me, it was one of the worst experience of my life. Please do not go into the shop. Please do not shop in the shop. Please tell other people
Worst place I`ve ever been. Don`t ever try to fix your phone here! I tried to fix my phone there but I end up with a broken phone, I went to other store to get it fixed and they told me there were missing some bits of my phone that they stole it from me! never want to step my foot anywhere near this pleace again! DONT RECOMEND AT ALL!

Had the worst experience I`ve ever had in my life. Yesterday I went to this shop to fix my phone screen and he made me wait 2h30m for the service to be done. Once I left the shop the phone started to bugging out ! My screen was moving on its own was because of the ''new'' screen. I went there today to get it fixed and he changed the screen once more. I left the shop and the same thing happened AGAIN when I went there he said that there`s nothing he could do about it! that it was not his problem and if he had to change the screen again he would lose money. I told him that i just spent 40£ to get my phone fix and he made things worst. So he said with his own words that he rather see me losing my money than him losing his. He started yelling at me and everyone people that were in the shop got scared! The only thing I asked him was to change the screen again and he got super mad. I don't know if the person that was there is mental capable of working on retail. So I end up losing 40£ and got another problem on my phone! he told me that the problem was my phone not the screen. I went to the shop next door and got it fixed ! IT WAS JUST THE SCREEN but he preferred to verbal abuse me and steal my money! Don`t ever go to this place!!!!!!!
