Really friendly, really efficient service. They replaced a broken screen of an iPad and have previously replaced an iPad battery and cleaned the ports of an Android phone to make it easier to charge. I have been very satisfied with the quality of repairs on each occasion!
The employee in the shop is very strange - I went in to get a quote for fixing my laptop hinge and after initially quoting £80-90, he then increased the price to £150, then told me there was a 50% chance he might break the screen which might cost another £300-400 to replace. Then he got shirty with me saying that I kept saying he might break the screen after he had repeatedly quoted a 50% risk! Then basically got very defensive about it and said he wouldnt take the job because I suggested he might break the screen and that his boss was watching on CCTV.... I have lived on this planet for 45 years. I have never had a stranger encounter in a shop in all that time. I took my laptop and left. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Maybe he's just nuts, who knows!
A decent shop that's not trying to rip you off! I needed a screen replacement as soon as possible and the guys at Woking moved heaven and earth to get it done. Really happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Much better than Sanbei!

This shop is providing excellent service, value for money. The service team are very competitive and skilled taking on different gadgets as well as smart phones. The turn around time for repair service is second to none. I bought fast charger for Samsung phone for a good price matching the online price elsewhere and could try out on my phone. Wonderful service! I had an old Nokia style 8110 that had slightly broken and I desperately wanted to fix it so I could digitally detox on holiday. The team were incredibly kind and not only fixed the problem but showed me some new functionality! I shall now have a relaxed and quiet holiday as a result! Awesome service and highly recommend for any device or gadget fixing!
