   Terrible, delivery came with ripped packaging the flour leaked inside the box, vegetables were mouldy unfresh, staff are rude, never answer their calls despite advertising a WhatsApp support, make up excuses to speak with manager who did not issue a refund, uneducated women for staff have zero qualifications in customer service. Do not shop here go elsewhere. The prices are also far too expensive. Star bazaar more like star bizarre.

   I recently visited this store and had a frustrating experience. Despite having multiple staff members available, I received zero assistance. When I asked one of the staff if they could help me by putting my groceries in my car, they bluntly told me they couldn't. No offer to help find someone who could, no explanation - just a flat "no". The lack of customer service and teamwork was shocking. Will not be returning.

   Although i am giving 5 star to the market because they deserve it . But due to one staff member’s very very unprofessional behaviour she is letting down the place and people. It was really unpleasant experience i was in a good mood went there to buy some religious things with match box which i got to know i will get from till i asked from the lady who was doing my billing she was brilliant she knows what she was doing she asked another lady SHIVANI who was standing on the opposite till and she just literally threw away the match box upon my face, it could have hurt my face or it can hit my eye lid but she was so unprofessional with a laughing face giving me gestures in the reply when i asked her “is this the way you provide the stuff to the customers” .THIS WAS REALLY INSULTING AND HUMILIATING IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS . as management can review the cameras dated 15.09.2025 around 11-12 pm footage you will get to know the place was not that too busy that she was throwing the material in such a stupid way . No doubt i called the team in return of that they were so humble and apologised ,i felt bad for others because of these kind of unexperienced sales person who do not know that a Customer is the god of the business . I will continue and recommend others to join this brilliant supermarket but if you find such ill mannered staff you need to complain to the management as they should know who deserve to be in the front of the market as Till is the face of business better keep these kind of staff who don't know how to behave good in back not on the position where they don't know how to maintain decorum and discipline

   Neat supermarket with such a variety of products and they are so large - I can only highly recommend it and wish we would have anything comparable in the Oxford area. I will go here for my large bulk shops of Asian food again and again, but they also have utensils, pots, decoration, toys, care products - you name it.

   I recently started shopping at Star Supermarket,No doubt star supermarket is super,you can get everything you needed there but All three times I've visited there I got a bad customer service on the counter from the Girl name "Aman".She really need to learn how to behave with the customers and today I bought some savouries from there which were on discount and I had to paid normal price for that as this girl didn't discounted the items. Really disappointed as not have enough time to go backabd wil try next time not to shop there.

   Got these small plastic pellets from East End Amritsari Shakkar.... but actually the fault lies with the company not the store...next day we complained about it and was replaced with another jar.
