   The haircut was great and the staff friendly. The prices were reasonable also. HOWEVER when I sat down at my station to get my haircut - I noticed it was filthy... the whole station was covered in hairs - the clippers, combs, trimmers all covered in hairs. They clearly had not been cleaned. I went first thing in the morning not long after opening, I was probably the first customer - the station clearly had been left that way from previous day (or for who knows how long). As the barber was working he did spray each bit of equipment but still... come on... it is disgusting for a customer and lazy from the barber. I am lucky to have walked out of there without getting ring worm... good haircut but because of this hygiene problem I won't be going back again.

   A brilliant barber shop with great barbers. I've been taking my little boy there for his hair cutting and styling since September and I'm never disappointed, won't be going anywhere else. He always leaves looking very smart - with a smile on his face as the barber gives him a lollipop and a fruitshoot for being so well-behaved. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly barbers that consistently provides a great service and finish! Thank you!!

   The people who run it are nice, but they're terrible at listening to the customer. I've been here many times and almost always leave frustrated because they don't listen and just do whatever they feel like doing. I won't be wasting my time here anymore

   Just visited these guys for a second time and I just had to leave them a review. The service they give you is impeccable. It was £19 for a haircut and shave/beard trim. I was sat in the chair for about 50 minutes so I'd say its definitely value for money. I had a different barber on both occasions and their attention for detail is almost surgical. You'll walk out of there feeling like a million dollars. It's the only place I'll go for a haircut now. Thanks again to all the guys at Master Barber.

   The best barber I have ever been to. I wish I had found this place before visiting the nasty joints along London Road, where they butchered my hair. I chanced upon Master Barber and couldn't believe they charged the same prices. It's a professional studio in a much, much higher league. Very clean and polished. I definitely trust the standards of hygiene here. My surprise was extended even more when I spoke to the head barber. He was patient, professional and friendly and gave me detailed (free) advice as to how my haircuts should progress. Since then, I've returned and, wow, he really lived up to the promise of being the 'Master Barber'. Outstanding skill and customer care. I felt like royalty inside this establishment. If you care about your hair, you would come here.
