   I first visited Mary in 2023 to have a small pet memorial tattoo done, she was patient, understanding and the finished tattoo is now my favourite (out of the 18 I have). Myself and my daughter then had our septum & nose pierced in 2024, and again Mary was absolutely amazing with us. My daughter then came in for another nose piercing yesterday and again, fantastic service. There is nowhere else we would go now for piercings and tattoos. Everything is super clean and sterile, we were kept well informed of the process and aftercare. I wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else.

   Absolutely amazing services provided here. I have been going to Mary for my nails since she started and i have never had an issue. Even if i have damaged a nail through my own stupidity she has found a way to fit me in for a repair as soon as she can. Absolutely amazing woman and dont get me started on how relaxing the full luxury pedicure is! It was absolutely perfect when i was pregnant at restoring bloodflow to my lower kegs and feet. Would highly reccomend!!

   Lovely place, really friendly staff! Took my daughter for ears pierced here and they were fantastic from start to finish with her. Kept her calm and so friendly. Defo recommend this place for piercings also only place I would go if I have acrylic nails. Mary is so creative and has some great ideas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Proud to have known Mary and the team at Incandescent from its early days. Mary has done my nails many many times over many years. She has always been keen to try new designs and I’ve even had Guns N Roses themed nails for a gig. Nothing is too much of a challenge for her creative skills. More recently I have had a tattoo from Mary. She makes it as enjoyable as a tattoo can be - like chatting to an old friend and having a laugh throughout. I also visited Mary to have a piercing corrected. Another piercing studio had pierced my ear at a strange angle and put inappropriate jewellery in. This meant it wasn’t healing well. Mary sorted it out so that it was much better positioned, had suitable jewellery in and looked better. The ongoing discomfort I’d had disappeared as soon as I left Mary. I slept on that side for the first time in weeks and didn’t have a single moment of trouble with it after that. I’ve also been to Mary for jewellery changes and advice. Whilst being super professional and keeping up to date with latest training etc, it’s always a pleasure to be made to feel at home with friends while you are there.

   love training with mary, makes me.feel very confident n comfortable!! explains everything in detail, and helps with anything ur unsure of! ive done back to basics, efile, and hard gel courses with her, loved every one! and hope to do sculpting with her soon xx also use her acrylic/ gel polish/hard gel systems and they by far are thw best ive used!! great price fast delivery and fab customer service from the whole team!!
