   I have to say. I've just moved to selby. The house needs loads of work, I keep going and collecting bits and bobs from tp in selby. Sue is so easy to deal with. She's an asset to the company. The customer service skills are one of the best I've came across from any company. Tp are definitely my go to builders merchants.

   Simply the best! That's what Tina Turner used to sing and who would ever have thought that song would be about Sue at Travis Perkins in Selby. I trailed all over today trying to find a simple piece of 4" x 2" actually finsihed at 4" x 2" (not planed). From the moment I walked into Travis Perkins I was treated with fantastic customer service. Simon, Sue & Ryan were all fantastic but Sue sets the standards for great customer service! I ended up buying 12 lengths of timber, a couple of bulk bags of soil & gravel and even a 21p pencil (thanks Sue). Travis Perkins is now the ONLY place I am going for all my hardware needs, customer service of this level is hard to find these days and as a result they are welcome to my hard earned cash.    Jim and Sue were brilliant, slight issue with how my neighbours had parked meant he couldn’t get down my street. Called me straight away managed to get the stones over the wall and even cut the bag open for me so it was easier for me spread out in the garden. Can’t fault Jim and Sue!! Thank you both
