Asked Wicks to come and design my bathroom, arranged a time and the chap came out, didn't seem very interested in what we wanted, didn't really say much. When finished he said he would design the bathroom and call us in to have a look and agree or change the designs. Well we waited and waited but no call or text. Eventually after waiting a week we gave up, we got another company in and they have designed the bathroom how we basically wanted it but with a few professional alternatives. Thanks Wicks for nothing.....
beware if you are thinking of ordering a kitchen and use their allocated fitters, guy was very good, but we were never told about "hidden extras " and that you would end up spending another £2k to the kitchen fitter on top of the fitting "budget " we have tried complaining as high as we can but they are not interested. life lesson learned
It was busy, busy but staff gave me their time to sort what I wanted, Thanks to Courtney and Ely superb members of staff, Manager should be really pleased with them both. Can't thank them enough. Good luck to Ely in his new adventure, Uni. Would recommend this store to everybody, Thanks again!
Excellent customer service from young man at Pontefract Would have been helpful to have had more information prior to booking appointment about required documents I fortunately took a letter of authority from my father to sell his car for him although I hadn’t been told this was required until I got to the appointment
Terrible customer service. Called in at 5pm with the intention of buying a kitchen fit out. Needed some advice on a corner unit but was told there was "no one in that section". Place looked deserted except for a bloke sat at a design desk. I asked him for help but he just shrugged his shoulders and looked useless. Lad on the till said staff only worked 10-4 in the showroom but didn't offer to help so we walked out. Spent my £2k elsewhere. Last time I ever visit Wickes.
Went in for soldering wire, a pleasant staff member told me it may no longer be sold here.? I did look anyway and didn’t find any but noticed a massive amount of out of stock labels hung all over the place.!!!! I went to B n Q and got it straight away and there wasn’t any out of stock labels anywhere. What is going on.??
Member is staff dealing with me was extremely pleasant and very chatty which was nice, explained everything clearly to myself. Only gripe is that the in store value given was significantly less than the online quite I got.
