   B and q Leeds Killingbeck April 2025 Tony was exceptional today with Tony Leeds Killingbeck Drive Leeds April 2025 Customer service was exemplar again by B and Q Leeds staff As former NHS NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CEO and independent Chair AUAG I appreciate excellent care, attentive and responsive to needs of customers He gave me confident approach and acceible and defiantly customer focused Thanks again Jag Exceptional Sarah, Gemma and other staff are Absolutely fantastic! I got some sliding doors, the delivery, the communication, the measuring up of the fitted cupboards by Gemma, and other staff with a good manager like Sara was exceptional. Everything was done on time, any clarifications any issues with resolved to a very satisfactory time limit. as a former non-director of the NHS I appreciate quality staff and they did all they can to have it deliver in time. I would highly recommend to everybody do not go anywhere else for sliding cupboards kitchens or bathrooms. I have full confidence and trust in the staff to help me guide me understand the tracking the sizes the measurements. They were spot on with accuracy. The delivery by TJ Hughes was phenomenal, and indeed on time the staff were very profession al there as well . b and Q standards are 100% superior than I have ever seen. Thanks again so so much ! Excellent staff and products orders within time scales and you make it so much easier. Defiantly back there for all our needs

I spend thousands there and am always there Today I was served by Bart who was indeed timely and polite and understood the situation deesculate a issue. He did this professional and worked to highest customer care effectively As former non executive working within the NHS and charity sector I do appreciate his attitude and welcome him into another level Please pass my regards as he helped me from purchase to end of sale Compliments to his levels of understanding knowing u had a builder at home and it was going to rain Thanks

   I have been there last week end to buy a light bulb and some gardening stuff. I need to mention that I am not a DIY expert, so I was looking for some help. No one and I really say no one was on shop floor. I found a kind lady and I asked if my own light was similar to that one I did like to buy, she couldn't read the specification, didn't know how to do it. I had to use Google! So I went in the gardening area, no one at all was there. So I tried to buy a trimmer, well:450 watt power £80, online 550 watt was £80 as well, same brand. So I tried to find a customer assistant, no one was even close to me, only customers. I'll never go there again.

   Not the biggest of stores but a good variety of stock. There wasn't many empty spaces where they had no stock and the staff were friendly. The checkouts were moving well as the store wasn't overly busy

   I use B&Q often without issues but today at the Killingbeck store I was treated appallingly. I politely asked one employee where I could find a roll of Moist barrier. She made a face and said it didn't exist in this country, an obvious remark about my foreign accent. After I explained that it does exist she went on her phone and started looking for it. When I mentioned that the website said they had 4 in stock she snapped at me with "I'm looking for it ok?". She then saw it and said that I should go to another B&Q , that they didn't store that product there and that she never heard of it. I then showed her the screenshot I took of the website showing their availability and she said it was wrong. I thanked her, turned the corner to the area near the plasterboards and found the roll. The amount of anger and tension in her was palpable, I'm not sure if she was having a tough day, but I definitely didn't feel welcome or valued as a client.

   Really well laid out and great social distancing measures for COVID-19. Queues going in aren't too bad and its to keep the numbers in the store to a minimum so it's really great inside. Great plant stock etc at the moment, and has all the supplies you'd need really
