   Called in for some upvc cladding.Asked if I could cut it up into smaller pieces so it would fit in my van and was told NO very abruptly you will have to cut it outside in rain not very good customer care . I’ve used nearly all the branches in West Yorkshire and others on my travels but never been spoken like that before A young lady by the name of Toni served me ps I’m even a trade customer at that
