   Came to purchase a particular item, couldn't find it on the shelves. Asked a member of staff who went into the back to try find it for me. Returned 10 mins later and didn't have one. So I ended up leaving empty handed. Then had to pay for parking even though I didn't make a purchase. Every customer who comes in should be given a parking voucher regardless off purchase cost. Whats point off a customer car park if you have to pay.

   Haven't been here for a long time, and probably be a similar time span before I go again. Didn't feel like a happy place to me, kind of a mood reflection from the staff. And to park in their own carpark, you had to pay. Unless you bought more than £10 worth of goods. And that's not easy, as most things I looked at are cheaper on Amazon. Errrrr, not for me thanks.

   Went in here today. The store has definitely gone downhill, the DIY section has very little supplies, can't even get a tap washer. Then there's the checkout, one checkout for cash payments, and a long queue took 10 minutes to get through. There are so called self serve card payments but these are normal tills that they are using, just turned around. Sounds like when they convert them back they will still be card payment only, I will start taking my money elswhere.

   Great for household items on a budget. Also great for household cleaning. Lovely range of beauty products and a good pet care range. Also a good budget items when building up a tool kit. Over all wide choice , good value and a nice size to shop in. Also car park at the back if not needing to go in to town.

   Well stocked with good quality products for reasonable prices. Plenty of suitable ideas for Christmas gifts and seasonal decorations in addition to all the home products. Also got parking included which was a bonus. Highly recommend 5/5.

   I actually quite like this budget shop. There are genuine savings on everyday brands. Staff are always cheerful and the store is nicely set out and clean. Would give 5 stars but deducting one as you have to pay to park in their car park.
