    Because my order didn’t arrive in the time scale stated I rang Castlegate stores The lady was very helpful and said that a replacement wold be sent out that day When she checked my address and that I lived about 10 miles from them that she would personelly deliver one that day which she did. I am very grateful for the excellent service. The pan is just what I needed, great quality with a 25 year warrenty.
