Gave sound advice on Blum HKS lifters and very competitive prices. Next day delivery using DPD. All round great service, thanks.

   My first order from trade-hinges. I used the telephone and actually spoke to a human being. The lady I spoke with had a vast array of product knowledge and knew precisely what I was talking about. I had a budget in my head and this was beaten due to a bulk order. I couldn't be happier, the items arrived the next day, they were carefully packaged, the price was excellent and the customer service was exactly what you would like from everyone you deal with. Very pleased. The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is that I have since found the item cheaper. But when you are looking for hens teeth you can't be too picky

   First purchase from this company was fantastic. Ordered products at 3 o’clock and were delivered next morning at 25 past 9. The people I spoke with were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.    Just wanted to say a massive ‘Thank you’ to everyone at Trade Hinges for their superb customer service. From Janette who took my telephone call and helped me identify what I wanted, through to delivery 17 hours later. I placed my order at 4 o’clock via their website. An email from DPD advised their intended drop off time to be between 08:17 and 09:17 the next morning. In fact the order was delivered at 08:20! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and obliging staff. I can highly recommend Trade Hinges and will certainly use the company again.

   I shopped around to find economically priced hinges and found Trade Hinges. They stock quality Austrian Blum hinges. Their customer service is excellent. I ordered hinges several times with Sophie. She was always very helpful, kind and courteous. Sophie also gave me Blum's technical support based in Milton Keynes. The other team members are fantastic too. So, I need to give a shout out to the wonderful Janette and Mike.
