   Mostly good prices, I only wish that the labels and prices on the timber were more prominently shown, special deals are usually very good value. I always buy my timber from SELCO whenever possible.

   Updated review: Convenient and usually excellent service from sales. They always take care of you. Products need to be checked to see if they are fit for purpose, have had previous issue once. Delivery is not as good as other merchants , it can be anytime. They do not deliver anywhere slightly difficult. They will only drop on kerb/drive. Driver's need to check their Delivery instructions and follow them. Have had a couple of bad experiences but since then it's been good. Complained once when things went seriously wrong but never got a proper response, although since the service has been brilliant. Maybe they were too busy. They now charge delivery under £150

   Tess has been very helpful from setting up my account to making sure I get the best price. Only thing i can say negativley is when ordering 100×50 CLS when arrived was actually 90×40. I ordered 80 studs and every one of the was 90×40. I had never seen such a varience in CLS before and when i went into the store was told this is normal.

   Rude staff member, but good well stocked store, easy to find with good parking. Staff had an attitude problem because we paid in cash and were not trade people.

   Incompetent and rude. Ordered a fridge freezer in January and was assured it would be in store before the end of the month. It arrived at the end of February. Harassed by Tanya, the rudest person I've ever dealt with, to collect it, to find that when I came to collect it, they'd sent my order to another customer in Roundhay in error. So they had the wrong fridge and I had no fridge. Was then told they'd sort it out and deliver it today or tomorrow, to then be rung again and have to explain the situation to another member of staff, all the while, I can hear Tanya griping about how she's told me I have to come and collect it on Friday. Nobody listened to me and they've fobbed me off by saying they'll have to check with yet another member of staff before they can do anything. Absolutely shocking series of events and definitely won't be using them again.

   Very reluctant to go back to go back to this store!, tuck some wood to the till and was told they didn't know what it was or how they were going to scan it, then told me to go take a picture of the tag for it! I'm not an employee of selco why am I been asked to do there job!,. The whole timber area was a right mess tuck me ages to find what I wanted and prices!
