This used to be my local and has always been a good place for a drink and a friendly chat always something going on.
Carvery where ok but very bland, Atmosphere, was a typical pub, friendly staff

Fab little neighbourhood pub with a great, very well priced pint(£3.10), not to be missed! And a quiz night on a Sunday night, apparently, which looked quite good, but I couldn't stay, unfortunately. Very handy for canal boats as well! Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed a lovely old fashioned Sunday dinner here. Not like the over rated plastic food you get a the carvery pubs. It was delicious, seemed so friendly lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back
Very warm and welcoming. Landlord and landlady are lovely. Great home cooked food . A real community pub. Will definitely visit more often
A brilliant family run pub for great food and drink brilliant staff and the locals are really friendly it's a must try , in a beautiful village
Karaoke night there on a Saturday night, really entertaining. Some fab singers. . Lovely people too. Only downside, they don't stock fresh orange or regular tonic water But the few times we've been, had a great time.
