    We chose Blooms for a Christmas bottomless brunch. We were very impressed with the decor. Our server was called McKenzie who was very helpful, making sure we had the perfect seats, a wonderful booth. We ordered 'small plates' from the food menu which were really good portions, there are also options for vegetarian which was very tasty (recommended) lots of choice. We also ordered from the extensive cocktail menu which was a fabulous Christmas treat such a good variety. Our server McKenzie checked on us throughout our visit making sure we had enough food and drinks. The General Manger Adam came to our booth throughout our visit also checking we were happy with everything. Would definitely visit again.

    Our first visit yesterday 26/10 and it won’t be our last. The staff, food and drinks were amazing. Our glasses were never empty and the selection of cocktails for the bottomless brunch were great. We ordered way too much food but everything we tried was delicious. Staff were lovely and extremely attentive. Special thanks to our server Amy S and the lovely Sean C who made sure our glasses were always full and were happy to engage some great banter with myself and my best friend. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning.

    Attended the "Rocky Horror Show" themed bottomless brunch on Saturday 26th and I have to say myself and my mates was NOT disappointed. Considering this was mine and my mates first time going, the food was great and tasted amazing, atmosphere was booming and the service was quick considering it was busy night and Halloween weekend. If anyone is considering this place I'd highly recommend. The staff are also friendly and bubbly. Overall had a fantastic night.

    Dear Bloom Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the High School Musical themed bottomless brunch that I attended with three friends at your Wigan location. Having paid £35 per person, we were excited for a fun and immersive experience, but unfortunately, our visit did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the theme was barely noticeable. Aside from some red and white balloons and bunting, there was no real effort made to reflect the High School Musical theme. We expected themed decor, cocktails, food, and staff dressed in character, along with more entertainment to match the advertised event. Instead, the DJ played only around 8-10 High School Musical songs during the full two hours. To add to the disappointment, it took 40 minutes for our first drinks to arrive. Our food order was taken but never arrived. We informed the manager, who said she would chase it up, but we had to leave as we had another booking. Despite this, the manager could only offer to reduce our bills by £5 each. Given that we never received our food, this discount seemed wholly inadequate. For an event that cost £35 per person, the experience felt very poorly executed, and I would not recommend Bloom based on this visit. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve future themed events, so others don’t have the same disappointing experience.

    Inside it is a really good atmosphere and nightclub! I would recommend it! But what I saw is that the bouncers and their ‘friends’ have a little clique and will eject anyone who does not fit.

    Most expensive bar in Wigan £3 to get in might get a free shot most drinks are full price. I had a jd and coke double no idea what the coke was tasted like cheap pop. Nice bar but what a rip off AVOID

    Lots of big banners outside saying Friday & Saturday nights, all night, £1 drinks. Costs you £3 to get in, then a you won't find anything that's £1 apart from some cheap tiny shot that isn't even 25ml. Scamming gits who ever runs this place. Avoid.

    Music was great and great decor but was served off alcohol but after a member of staff checked the dates on the alcohol bottles approched us apologised and sorted the problem out, could do with a menu on what is only a pound drink as it wasn't clear, security was fantastic but unfortunately alot of stuff going on in plain view so don't think we will return due to this reason .
