   Recently visited for a festive get together with my Sisters. Food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. Plenty of time between courses and not rushed at all. Really enjoyed our visit. It was even more appreciated as we loss our younger Sister in April. We have enjoyed many happy Christmas meals in the Fox together. This was the first without her. So Thank you for a great experience.

   Booked a table in the ‘casual’ dining area, for a family catch-up. Warm welcome, great location of table and a relaxed atmosphere. Servers were helpful and attentive, accommodating individual requests to vary a dish without any issues. Food was served quickly (at a very busy time of year), well presented and absolutely delicious. Wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again.

   Lovely lunch today. My friend and I opted for items we could share whilst enjoying our catch up. The service received from David and his team was excellent and the food arrived in a timely fashion and was hot and delicious. I had my dog with me and it was a very pleasant surprise to realise they have a seperate area in the restaurant now which is allocated as dog friendly... bravo! Very handy for hopping back on the M56 to get home to Yorkshire.

   After an accident turning, this little gem was discovered! Quite big inside with lots of seating. Nice choice on the menu, I'd go back and choose something other than the fish, the pizza sounded interesting and the burgers looked good but the fish wasn't special. I enjoyed the paté and the mushrooms were nice. I'd like to go back and try the other dishes I was thinking about

   found this place accidentally after making 2 wrong turns. so glad we did! a real hidden gem. lovely beer garden and traditional pub inside. dog friendly and plenty of seating. reasonably priced menu with offers on at the weekend. also quiz nights once a month. friendly staff and fit us in for dinner without a booking. the dining area was bright and well lit with plenty of tables for parties of any size. we ordered the pate and Mushrooms for starter which went down really well and then the fish and chips for main. the fish was a tad over done however I don't mind it like this and it still tasted nice.

   Gorgeous food, beautiful restaurant, and attentive, friendly, polite staff, especially Lucy, who looked after us. Returning customers. The Stretton Fox also welcomes motorhome stop overs if you dine with them. Highly recommended.

   Went here this evening after recommendation from taxi driver. I was over working and decided to try it. I went for scallops and prawns for starter followed by their rib eye. Both very good and served in a beautiful quaint environment. All reasonably priced. My old ask is the staff keep their private conversations for behind doors and speed up a little just a little....thanks for a beautiful meal
