   Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was treated very, very badly by a staff member called Nathan at CCF Leeds. From the moment I spoke to him, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Every single thing I said was contradicted — it was like he believed he was always right and the customer couldn’t possibly know anything. When I calmly asked to speak to the manager, his response was shocking. He said he doesn’t even know where the manager is. What kind of business operates like that? How does an employee not know who their own manager is or how to contact them? That alone says everything about how poorly this place is run. There was no attempt to help, no respect, no accountability — just arrogance and attitude. Being spoken to like that is not on, and no customer should be treated this way under any circumstances. If this is the standard of staff CCF Leeds employs, then management seriously needs to take a hard look at who they are hiring and how they are training them. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this place.

   Been in here several times - absolutely clueless. Branch manager (bloke called Oliver) unbelievably rude starts to throw his weight about. If your a driver I'd stay clear of collecting from here. AWFUL

   I ordered some insulation over a different website, who placed the order to CCF, i booked the order for 14.05, for when I was home, without any call i got an email that delivery date is 15.05, in 15.05 i was called that they can't deliver, so delivery is in 16.05, in 16 i was called again that they will deliver in 17th. So all.the work at the house need to be hold because of the insulation, in 17.05 at 11am i got a.call that they don't have a rigid vehicle with hiab or tail lift, so they will send it with a van and they will handball it on the street, i said it's ok, i will move it from there, the driver didn't even wanted to touch the goods till someone not helping, ao.he end up in the van watching!! Proper delivery company, I won't use it never again.

   Lorry drivers beware! They have their favourites! If you haven’t got Gypsum on your trailer expect to wait a while! 3 wagons got tipped before me and I got there before all of them! Very poor
