I recently made an online order for some grout and I had accidentally ordered the wrong shade, I quickly realised and called up and spoke to Emma, she put me at ease and reassured me that it was an easy fix! In no time my order was amended to the correct shade! Fantastic and professional service would highly recommend!
Purchased silicone sealant on their website. 2 days after receiving it, realized it was a duplicate purchase. Immediately emailed to enquire about return/ refund. I was told that since this is a perishable item it can't be returned as they can't guarantee that storage conditions were maintained by the customer and that this is written in the smallprint somewhere on their website. It's obvious that I won't have somehow spoiled this unopened product in 2 days. So, fair enough, you have your rules, but some discrection would have avoided a really bad customer experience and a bad review having to be left.

I went to 5 different stores to find part I needed. Non had it, when to DC trade not only did they have the part it was very cheap and good quality. I was little unsure about what I needed. Dc trade provided me the advice I needed. He is a genuine person, I will be 100 percent be going back there. Thank you so much
