    They need to make sure staff know rules about pups as asked if we could fetch my pup in if hes sat in a trolly was told yes by 1 staff member as walking in carrying my pup another staff member told me we couldn't come in but the way she spoke to me was disgusting she could do with a few lessons on how to speak to customers I shall not be using bnms again plus will be telling all my family friends and pub customers about my experience today

    There is plenty of parking, a very good selection of everything from food, clothes, electrical and seasonal. Staff are helpful. You can often find a bargain. The garden centre has a nice selection of plants etc in the summertime.
