On their website, states they do food, showing a great menu. They do not do food at all, so that needs updating. I also waited at the bar for around 10 minutes while barmail was elsewhere. Other people were also stood at the bar. Such a shame.

Service was fast and very friendly. There’s a large beer garden to the rear of the pub which offers a few bits to keep children entertained. There’s usually offers in which are actually very good so I would recommend here for a few drinks. They don’t serve food but when I was there last the barmaid mentioned there was no issue in getting a take away next to the pub and eating it inside or in the beer garden with our drinks. Can’t fault that really!

Lovely pub ,great staff ,one member of staff l asked about info on karaoke on fri said it was not going to be too busy like last time ,when in the next nite and staff told me it had been cancelled before thur, so an unfortunate mix up there. One old bloke seemed to object to me using the ladies and said something nasty to my partner accompanied by a rude gesture ,said nothing to me personally .oh well ,

Looks lovely but too expensive for a local pub in this area.

I came to a b'day party/ reunion and despite our ages, we had a good Time. Never been in the "best side" and I was pleasantly surprised. Good hospitality, well done. Chris. Ex Steward H.R.B.L.
