Great little bar on the outskirts of Wigan. Good selection of beers, including my favourite strawberry frulli. Limited food, but delicious pork pies, crisp and nuts. Regular live music and authentic atmosphere. Room to hire at the back of the pub.
We live in Newcastle where there are some great real ale bars but just spent 3 lovely and lively days and nights in Wigan and wish Real Crafty was one of our locals. Great bar and staff and amazing choice of beer. The bar was full of very friendly locals too. Food canny, pies and sausage rolls. CAMRA discount scheme operating. Thanks for looking after us and we will defo be returning when we next visit friends in Wigan.
Proud to call this place our local! Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and a brilliant selection of draft beers. I'm not a beer drinker but can always find a cider or spirit I enjoy! Never a bad night in here!
A few minutes walk from the centre, and unfortunately for me , in the wrong direction for the football ground. Just time for a quick pint of excellent Ossett porter. Five handpulls and a big selection of craft beers. The pies looked very tempting.
This is a lovely, friendly bar - in line the ‘crafty’ name, it had a wide range of craft beers including some from abroad but also a number of cask ales. It’s clearly favoured by CAMRA and rightly so. I was only here for one night but went back for a second visit after the football match I was attending. I also had a pie which was nice and it’s dog-friendly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Fantastic Ale emporium with large choice of Real and Craft beer. Friendly staff. CAMRA discount on pints of cask ale.
This place will be nice during summer or football match . Massive especially at the back and drinks at the bar with a food catalogue opposite the bar,located somewhere around the podium. Drinks priced as other bars anyways but a nice local bar to go. And parking is also free during weekends for car owners.
