A great place to visit. I called in for the Belgium Beer Festival. A great atmosphere, service and food. Definitely worth a visit, there is always something going on.

Great bar next to Wigan North Western Station. Generally 6 real ales and some craft beers on offer

A great pub with a terrific choice of cask ales. Definitely worth a visit if that's your bag. Some interesting food offerings too.

A lively fun place (very lively for me) with a good cask beer selection over 7 hand pulls. Handy for Wigan North Western.

Excellent pub underneath North Western station. Very good selection of cask ales and also a wide selection of canned beers to choose from. Quite a lot of railway mememorabilia on display. Has to be visited when in the area.

Great choice of real ales and nice railway memorabilia. Split into two halves so plenty of room. Nice booths to sit in are a bit like a small railway carriage! Very close to Wigan Northwestern railway station too.

Superb bar on the fringes of the town centre, but conveniently situated in the arches underneath Wigan North Western railway station, and ideally suited for all public transport. There's a great range of cask and keg ales which rotate on an almost daily basis. There's also an extensive beer library featuring some of the most exotic beers from around the UK and Europe. Central's beer library is now available online, bringing a little slice of Central's atmosphere, into the comfort of your own home.

Great bar right next to Wigan Wallgate Train station, the owner Jo is amazing as well, it has a decent range of both keg and cask beers, usually a decent stout on and has an amazing range of cans / bottles (as can be seen on the right of my photo).

Approximately 1.95 per half pint, 3.90 for a pint. The choice is excellent and the place has lots of character. A must visit for beer enthusiasts. No nearby parking available.
