   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I purchased a refurbished "Excellent" Samsung handset from this seller "4gadgets" they sent me a handset covered in scratches and more concerning a damaged screen, there was a light spot in the corner and the speaker was rattling. When reported to seller they claimed this was allowed within the excellent quality. Amazon confirmed this is incorrect!

   Terrible Customer Service & Unjust Refund Refusal I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience at 4Gadgets. I purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra 5G from them in December last year, and the item was faulty from the start. I followed their return policy to the letter, returning the phone with clear proof of postage and a receipt. Even Royal Mail confirmed the item was delivered back to 4Gadgets. However, despite all the evidence, 4Gadgets is claiming it was a fraudulent return and has refused to process my refund. I've made numerous attempts to resolve the issue, but every time, they’ve been unresponsive and extremely difficult to communicate with. Their customer service has been rude and dismissive. I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION OF NO STAR BECAUSE THEY DESERVE TO BE GIVEN ZERO STAR This entire experience has caused me a significant amount of stress and inconvenience. To be accused of fraud without any justification and to be treated so poorly by a company I trusted is beyond unacceptable. I will never purchase from 4Gadgets again, and I strongly advise others to stay away. This is an appalling way to treat paying customers. I used to not believe the bad reviews until I experienced it myself.4Gadgets are a USELESS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Thankfully, the ombudsman are on their case. RUBBISH!

   I strongly advise you NOT to buy from this place! They are scammers and really poor with dealing with faulty issues with a backwards service. I bought a phone for my father as a birthday gift in April 2023. After a few months it became faulty and no longer fit for use. We got sent a replacement around Feb 2024. Again, after a few months the same issue popped up and the phone became almost unusable! After contacting them again asking for a refund or replacement, they refused because it was after the initial 12 month warranty period (May 2024). How can you have such a stupid policy??? Surely the 12 month warranty should start again from the day you receive your replacement? Now we’re left £500 wasted! RUINED A BIRTHDAY GIFT. STAY AWAY FROM 4GADGETS REFURBISHED PHONES.

More recently I bought a handset off them, changed my mind and returned it, and I've just had my refund in my bank account the same day they received it back. They're a great company in my experience.

   Bought a phone from their website advertised as pristine, and that's what arrived next day. Not a single mark on the phone, so assume it's been rebuilt. Battery seems to be great too for a phone that's probably 2 years old. Can't complain. Have bought worse reconditioned units from Amazon rated excellent, which is why I opted for the pristine offering.

   This company hasn't got a clue you're order never arrives, the customer service team have the communication skills of a potato, and they take ages to refund you, of you're thinking of using 4gadgets just go to back market instead they handle things a way lot better

   Put in an order and received error message, no confirmation. Charged twice sent 1 phone and customer service unable to offer explanation other than, this has happened to a few customers due to new system. Still waiting to be reimbursed.

   The phone I bought was in great condition and the customer service was superb and very responsive by both email and phone. The SIM card was missing when I received the handset, but they quickly posted one for me and they gave me a goodwill voucher on top of that. Couldn't be happier with my refurbished phone.
