   The table was set up beautifully for Christmas. As there were 20 of us so we had our own area at the back of the pub. The food was really nice, hot and well presented. The servers were polite and helpful.

   Excellent food and customer service from start to finish. A very happy bunch of 47-98 year olds (21 of us) enjoying a Christmas get together for the 3rd year in a row! Martyn and his team are fabulous and we will be back next year if not before! Thank you to James and Eloise who served us and were both friendly and helpful.

   We visited the pub on a Friday night to enjoy the quiz. It was an exceptional atmosphere and the bar staff (Megan, Ollie, and Jonathan) were brilliant, they served us promptly and knew the menu well. It was very apparent that they all had exceptional team work, which says a lot about the management too. While, completing the quiz we order some of the sides off the menu, warm, tasty and just enough to fuel the brain for the quiz and served from Elouise with a smile. She also ensured all the order was correct and felt with all our needs. While ordering our food and drinks Megan tempted us with extras. It was well worth it… excellent upselling and good effort from the chefs putting it together. All in all a very worth while visit. Thank you to the Trigger pond team

   I just couldn't find a fault in this place. Big parking space and easy to navigate. You feel welcome when you enter, big place inside and some outside seats. Very cozy feel and a good ambiance inside. You can immediately tell the staff are very approachable and professional not rushing to do something else. You can order quickly through scanning a qr code and discounts for drinks by putting in a code in checkout. Also had additional discount from a voucher. Food serving was on the generous side and it taste is really good. Theu have offers for specific days for certaib type of food like burgers and curry. Dessert was really good, my girls are a fan of the fudge cake. Definitely coming back. Booking a table was also convenient through online.

   We have not been in for a while, our daughter worked here 8 years ago & always was a pleasure to come here, the food always lovely & well presented & that has, never faltered. The 2 young lads Olly & Callum working couldn’t help enough & must be a credit to the management, well mannered polite & helpful. We will definitely be back next month.    I love this pub. The staff are always very welcoming and attentive. Food is simple pub food, very tasty and at good value for money. F.e, we arrived last night quite late, just as everything was being switched off in the kitchen, but chef Mike did not turn us away and we had amazing, perfectly cooked steak out and served within less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend this pub whether it's just a pint or two, or family lunch/dinner.
