   This place has become difficult to review because it's now split into a bar and a restaurant. The pool table here is the worst in Runcorn, it's £1.50 a game, the cues are broken, there's no chalk and the only cues available are kid sized ones. Oh, and the table has a really bad roll. Somehow the worst yet most expensive game of pool in the area?See pics. The food was below average, very tough meat and jawbreaking roasties. We had a young lady who first served our table ask "...What do you mean?" when one of our party asked if the gluten free meal we booked in the system was actually gluten free (It wasn't, and she had to take it back). Which made the person with the intolerance very nervous about the rest of courses coming. Another server appeared, who was really great and he stuck with us for the rest of the evening. Overall, I really thought this revamp was going to make this place a regular for us, but it's somehow worse than before? Not somewhere we'll be going back to unfortunately.

   The food was well made,tasty and so good you wouldn't want it to go. Meg big shout out to you as you made our visit very enjoyable. The table was laid out with crackers and we had fun pulling them. The place was warm and the staff were friendly and there to help.. thank you we will be definitely come again

   We visited the Ten Lock Flight for Breakfast with Santa and had a really lovely morning. The atmosphere was festive and Christmassy, making it a special experience for everyone. The staff were very friendly, especially with the children, and made everyone feel welcome. Father Christmas took his time with each child, which was really appreciated and made the experience feel extra special. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we would happily recommend it.

   Our first time at Ten lock flight and it didnt disappoint. The staff were friendly and as a party of 6 with no reservation were very accommodating. The menu was great with lots of choice. The food arrived hot and was delicious, I would recommend the Cowboy burger. Dessert was delicious. Meg the staff member that served us this afternoon was attentive at all times. Will definitely be coming back.

   What a wonderful find. New to the area. Food is gorgeous and always hot. We are looking forward to the apple crumble being on the menu..lol. staff are so friendly and polite. Nice and clean pub. Loads of parking spaces too. We love it.

   Both myself and my wife where attending a little birthday celebration for my 5 year old grandson and we were sat at table 10 and we both ordered the Fish and Chips after waiting 20 minutes for our food the meal was served at the table and to be quite honest it was an insult the fish was more batter than fish, infact very little fish on my wife's plate, the chips and the peas where only warm. Nice environment but on this occasion the food served was disgraceful.

   We came between two shows at the Brindley Theatre. It was me and my 7 yo daughter. It seemed really busy at the bar and in the restaurant, so I was slightly worried we wouldn’t get food in time etc. We sat near the indoor and outdoor playgrounds and used the QR Code to order - rather than me leaving my daughter alone to queue at the bar. She loved playing in both play areas. The drinks arrived really quickly. (Not able to order a glass of water or milk on the website but came straight away when I asked as he delivered my drink - thank you!) and then not long after came the food. I was quite surprised considering the number of people you were serving. Thank you! I had surf and turf and it was DELICIOUS. My daughters fish fingers and chips were great to. All in all a great place to stop - and all worries curtailed. We’ll be back next show!

   Brian and James completely made my brother's leaving do. It was excellent to say goodbye to him. The food was so speedy I didn't even have to spend much time with him at all. The tables are large and roomy, he was so far away I forgot why I was there! Brilliant experience. 5/5.

   Where to start with this one the building looked new and clean inside and the staff seemed friendly enough but clueless. My mrs went for a Pizza a meat lovers which was only half cooked and dirty fries with the minimum nacho cheese well over priced for £4.40 for what you got. I decided to go for the mixed grill with an added Peppercorn sauce, I say sauce it was just milk with peppercorn in not a sauce a flavourish water like consistency did send it back. You know the mix grill is bad when the best thing on the plate is the peas and the chips all meat was well over cooked as for the steak M/R was well well overdone. I shall not be returning hopefully there was new chef or they were having a nightmare as we were the only people in the pub at the time.
