Purchased everything for a new bathroom installation from Plumbase Yeadon. Alison in the showroom was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She made the whole process of selecting fixtures and fittings very easy due to her expert knowledge and was happy to re-quote when I'd made a few changes following a discussion with my plumber . We purchased a new upstairs a bathroom from Plumbase in Yeadon two years ago - we were so pleased with the service and the workmanship of the fitters (Stuart and his team) that a year a year later we bought a second downstairs bathroom. Equally brilliant, the fitters were top quality and Alison in the showroom couldn't have been more knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This review concerns their after sales service - OUTSTANDING. After just over two years the illuminated door on the bathroom cabinet stopped illuminating. We were not optimistic but went to see Alison. She contacted the company (HIB) who agreed to replace the entire cabinet. This far exceeded our expectations. Both Plumbase and HIB have provided a top quality service which is not common these days. Thank you.
So I rang up yesterday and spoke to a very helpful lady. Asked her if they sold vertical radiators. I was told they did but they would have to order one in, if I came in they would sort it out. Went in today (Thursday) mid morning, showroom shut. Clearly on the door they open all weekdays. I was told by a lady that whoever does customer service changed her day off from tomorrow! This in its own right is strange because the door clearly stated that they open Friday as well. As it happens we didn’t want just a radiator we want a complete bathroom also. Needless to say I will look elsewhere. Does not even deserve a rating of one.

Excellent service. Extremely helpful, even though I didn't spend a lot. Offered lots of advice and I was able to repair rather than replace, so ended up saving money.
good shop, bloke behind counter was v good and got me what i needed, didn't know so said buy both and bring one back if not used/ not opened. so did and he took the old one back no worries! thanks
