   came here on thursday last week for the first time with some friends and i can definitely say i wont be going back. two men had approached me and two of my friends while we were outside having a cig asking if we had fellas and being really loud which is whatever, its a bar you get drunk people coming up to you all the time. the issue rose when one of the guys pulled up his pants and told us casually that he got done for assault while showing us his ankle monitor. both men followed us to the table we were sat at and sat down with us despite the fact we were all clearly uncomfy with this and were making really odd comments to the only male friend in our circle when me and the girls left to get out of the situation in the bathroom, asking if we were all a polycule and if we were all together. when i came back we decided to just say f it and leave and i was grabbed at my waist and my bum was touched by the guy with the ankle monitor while i was trying to grab my stuff to go and immediately booked it out of there the minute i had my stuff. i waited outside and explained what had happened to my friends and two of them went inside to try and let the manager know and instead they turned my friends away the minute one of them had mentioned an ankle monitor and didnt listen to anything else they had to say despite the fact i had just been touched unconsensually by one of these men. my friend also went to put a complaint in after this had happened and after explaining what had happened she was banned from alchemy and tried to use the fact that i was given soju as a gift from my friend as a reason as to why we were bad? as if they didnt just ignore two of my friends when they tried to say i got touched without consent? the atmospheres good but if you want to feel safe while drinking as a woman then alchemy is for sure not the place to go.

   Popped in on bonfire night to avoid the crowds after the fireworks. Staff were brillant and offers on the drinks went down a treat. It was quiet but was early plus I enjoyed the quiet.

   Really like this place. The music choice is brill, Queen, Bon Jovi, Arctic Monkeys, and one or two Eminem ones to name a few. I choose here for my first choice of where to go in Runcorn because of the music, and it's a bright place, is a range of people here too, not just young ones. Staff are lovely people too.

   Good club with loud music, drinks are fairly priced and it's got a dance floor by the Dj booth. Smoking facility out the back garden and plenty of seats to sit down.

   Appalling! I ordered my friends drinks and waited over an hour to receive them. Of course, I was concerned that they may have forgotten my order and asked politely if they could please deliver us our drinks, but the bar staff actually told me to #### off! multiple times and eventually kicked me out of the club, forcefully and never apologised for their mistake. I was honestly disgusted by this behavior! The doormen here need to learn some manners! Would not recommend to anyone.
