   I ordered the 9mm Karma Soundlay for acoustic insulation. The online ordering process was very straightforward and my delivery was handled perfectly by a very kind and helpful driver. As I have never laid it before, I wanted to get it right and so asked way too many questions but Chris Layton was super helpful, polite and patient. He answered every one of my questions, signposted me to a video that will guide me through the installation and updated me on when my order will be delivered. Will buy from FWDirect again and I highly recommend them.

Early the following morning I emailed customer service. The response from Chris arrived a few minutes later that my delivery would arrive "within the hour".    Insulation was required for the office and I had no idea as there are so many different types and thicknesses. Luckily Chris at 'Flooring Warehouse Direct' literally coached me through the different types and gave me various options. Once we decided on the suitable product for our office ceiling the ordering process was extremely easy, as Chris was on hand with my queries. Delivery was within 4 days from ordering. I would definitely recommend FW Direct and if we need anymore insulation in the future I will be contacting them for sure.

Then they went out of their way to arrange same day delivery for what I needed by clearly going the extra mile in a pinch. This is exactly why you should choose them over other suppliers if you are in doubt and pick up the phone if you have any issues, or frustrations with other suppliers. six stars if I could.
