As a blind customer I think they took advantage of me by offering me what I needed but one of the most expensive items not the best value.
Shout out to Michael and Alwin who massively helped me out. I had a faulty erbauer charger which was over 12months old. The guys swapped this for me and delivered excellent service
Called in at the weekend needing some help for some bathroom work and the staff were excellent. The two women on the counter were very pleasant and did their best to help and then I had a chat with Lee and he is a guru and knew exactly what I was after! Fitted the items the same afternoon with few issues. Would recommend without hesitation. UPDATE - 26/08. Having decided to try my arm at fitting a bath I called in Screwfix on Saturday morning for some tap-copper pipe connectors (yes, my plumbing knowledge hasn't improved!) Fin did an excellent job in picking out what I needed, even after I bamboozled him with the size of pipe connector I was after (I measured circumference as I haven't sawn them yet!). Anyway, top nodge work from Fin, a credit to Screwfix. Thank you.

Totally understand the present situation. Got a text to say item ready for collection as did the 19 people in front of me I'm sure. Had to wait outside for nearly an hour before getting to the front of the queue. If all the peoples orders were ready why the long wait... B & Q loads more efficient. When inside a female staff member said it was 2 hour to get in Asda, I don't think so. A friend confirmed it wasn't. On another note, the girl that served was pleasant.

It's always got plenty of stock and easy to pick up. Managers specials cannot be return though, which is a breach against statutory return policies in my eyes and makes buying them a risk... otherwise all good
