   We couldn’t be happier with Squirrels Day Nursery. From the very first day, the team has been welcoming, caring, and attentive to our daughter’s needs. Her key worker, Sian, has been fantastic – she knows her so well, always supports her development, and makes sure she feels safe and happy. It’s clear how much thought and care she puts into every activity, and our daughter adores her, as she does with all the ladies in the nursery. The nursery has been run brilliantly by Sam, who has stepped up to manager since our daughter started, she creates such a positive and nurturing environment. Communication is excellent, and we always feel reassured that our daughter is in safe hands. The team goes above and beyond to make sure each child is supported individually, while still encouraging friendships and group learning. A mention has to also go to Meg T who has stepped up to the position of deputy manager, she has created a calming sensory room for the children. She is a welcoming face for our daughter in the mornings and always knows how to distract her when she is a little upset as I leave. We’ve seen our daughter grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity since starting at Squirrels, and we are so grateful for the care and dedication of everyone there. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive, loving, and enriching environment for their child.

   We’ve been with this nursery for 9 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my daughter receives. The staff are all fantastic – warm, professional, and genuinely caring. She is always so well looked after, and it’s wonderful to see how much she thrives and enjoys her time there. The settling-in period was handled brilliantly, which made the transition so much easier for both of us. I also really appreciate the regular updates throughout the day – it gives me peace of mind and a lovely insight into what she’s been up to. Overall, squirrels has been amazing for us, and I’d highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment.

   Squirrels is an amazing nursery! My son has been here since he was 9 months old and I couldn't be happier. He has come on leaps and bounds, the teachers are incredible at what they do and he absolutely loves being there. This is such a comfort to know he's happy and safe. Would highly recommend Squirrels nursery to anyone.

   Our little boy has attended Squirrels since August 2020. I feel extremely lucky that our son has a place at this nursery as the staff are outstanding! The continuous hard work from each of the staff members ensures that all children have a fun and enjoyable experience during their time in nursery. I have worked in Early Years for many years and it is a pleasure to see such a range of activities each day that are age appropriate and suitable to the needs of all children. Our little boy loves going to nursery each day and it is a huge relief as a parent when you leave your child knowing that they are happy and safe. I personally love the updates that we receive daily via Tapestry. It is nice to see what your child is doing at nursery and it is clear from the photographs/observations that he is always having lots of fun. It makes work life easier when you know that your child is enjoying their day in nursery. The regular updates on Tapestry is in addition to the daily diary that we receive each day informing us of our child’s choice of activities, sleep times and his food/drink intake. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff at nursery and their commitment to the children and their jobs is exceptional. Although our son has only attended this nursery for the past 4 months, I feel as though he has been there much longer. He has made LOTS of progress within the different areas of learning and I feel that he has built some lovely relationships with the staff members. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough and I will continue to talk about this nursery with pride and recommend it to others. Thank you to each and every member of the Squirrels team.

   Squirrels Children's Day Nursery is a fabulous place for my daughter. I had never left my daughter with anyone other than close family for short periods of time and I was really hesitant. Squirrels made me and my daughter feel at home and she has now been here for a year. Staff are attentive, kind and nurturing and my little girl talks about them all the time! I get to see all the fun activities they do and I know she has a great time. I am very lucky that I also work here so I to see first hand how fabulous the nursery is. The Manager goes above and beyond to help and support all of the families she works with. Would not recommend any other nursery :)

   Squirrels nursery is an outstanding home for home childcare setting. When we first entered the setting we felt asif we had already been there before. Everyone was very welcoming and the environment was very calming. My daughter was very much at "home". The staff were very helpful and very passionate in what they are doing, which is so reassuring to us. We loved seeing updates on how she was getting on and hearing about the day to day activities. We are very much looking forward to returning with our second child in 2021.

   My son loves nursery. The staff are caring and professional and he adores them. Since attending nursery he has really progressed in his EYFS milestones. Staff record key moments and I am able to check online at how he is getting on and see the activities he is doing. He has made good friendships with other children which has developed his social and emotional skills as well as strong bonds with the staff. They prepare fresh food on site and have catered for my sons dietary requirements. A really lovely nursery, and I trust the staff.
