   I bought two ps4 Controllers online for collection from that Argos! When I bought them shows same day collection but I went to the shop and one of the controllers wasn't there! I asked for refund and the manager Sam refund me but didn't refund the insurance I paid extra! The staff in this Argos is so unprofessional, they have lack of knowledge on any level! I have been twice to ask for my refund and they said it's been refunded but I received a welcome email from the insurance company for something I don't have it! So disappointed from that service!

   On the 30th of December I took my Motorola phone back to this Argos store, as the sound on the phone had stopped working. I wasn't expecting to get a straight swap that day when I went into store but a lovely member of staff (I don't know the man's name unfortunately) dealt with my enquiry so effectively and arranged for me to collect a replacement phone immediately from the Argos store in the Sainsbury's in Halifax. I was really impressed with the service and it's the best customer service I've experienced in ages.

   I never think to order from Argos for some reason but I definitely will think of Argos first from now on. Ordered a pair of headphones, the price was the lowest I could find anywhere and they were available for immediate collection. Literally was in and out of the shop within 30 seconds. They also followed up with an email that allowed me to speak to someone from Argos if I needed help with setting up/ learning to use my new tech. Fabulous for the technology averse people like myself!

   Can usually get want I want but service is unbelievably slow. None of us who were waiting for our goods were acknowledged in any way by the staff - 2 of whom spent the whole 15 minutes I was waiting for my purchase huddled around a computer. A smile or " sorry for your wait" would go along way.
