They carried out the service and fixed the creaking at no additional cost. Excellent customer service, very reasonable costs, very knowledgeable and personable. “Absolutely amazing service. Made the mistake of buying an ebike from a competitor bike store in Wakefield who completely fluffed up the setup to the point my new £9000 bike was dangerous and unrideable. Luke was recommended at Cycle Gear in Halifax so I travelled over and they sorted everything out like a Formula 1 team. So fast and thorough. I have now found a great store to look after my bike problems and servicing for the future. Luke is the king of bike mechanics, if there was a world champion at fixing bikes it would be Luke not Joe. Great team, great store, Luke 10 out of 10, Joe 9.5 out of 10.”

“I've been going to Bryony (BeeRelaxed) for Manis/pedis and facials regularly for over a year now and I love visiting, she always does a lovely job and I like chatting and catching up whilst there. I'm not really a massage person at all but she did really help when I was having trouble with my shoulder and her prices are good value so you don't feel ripped off. Totally recommend for all treatments and there's some lovely things in the little boutique upstairs too :)”
